Decorate with Chocolate shapes (Recipe)

Melt 50g dark chocolate in a bowl resting over a pan of simmering water, making sure the base doesn’t touch the water. Once melted, take the bowl off the heat and cool for 10 minutes. Spoon into a plastic piping bag (or a regular one fitted with a No. 2 writer nozzle). Lay a piece of parchment on a work surface. Snip 1-2mm off the end of the plastic bag and draw lines from left to right to make a rough circle. Turn the paper round and draw the chocolate across the lines to make a crisscross pattern. Repeat to make several more squiggles until all the chocolate is gone.
